Ringers Western Saddles Up for International Growth with NetSuite

Ringers Western(opens in new tab), a family-founded Australian clothing and lifestyle company, is using Oracle NetSuite to support its mission to create durable, authentic clothing that reflects the outback lifestyle. With NetSuite’s AI-powered cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Ringers Western has unified financials and inventory management, increased transparency across all entities, and enhanced decision-making as it scales its retail, wholesale, and ecommerce business domestically and internationally.

Founded in 2012 on a rugged cattle station in the Kimberley, Ringers Western has grown from a small family operation into a business with 12 retail locations, 220 wholesale stockists, and a thriving online presence, generating more than $50 million in annual turnover and targeting $70 million in the current financial year. With surging demand for authentic Australian-designed products and complex omnichannel operations, Ringers Western needed to move off its previous system that struggled with multi-location inventory and multi-currency reporting to a scalable system that would enable greater automation and efficiency as it grew. After careful evaluation, Ringers Western selected NetSuite as its new ERP platform.

In addition, NetSuite OneWorld enables Ringers Western to manage multiple currencies, comply with local tax requirements, and consolidate financials as it launches in new international markets.
